Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) ,artworks | Stereo | 826 + 233 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1973

If not for the Mahavishnu Orchestra's first album, The Inner Mounting Flame, this second, 1973 outing might well be considered the greatest of all jazz-fusion essays. If you're new to the Mahavishnu Orchestra, this is probably the best place to start, then pick up 1971's The Inner Mounting Flame.

Great sounding 1st presssing!!!

Miles Davis - Milestones
Columbia 9428 Records 60' re-issue
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Mono | 534 + 168 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1958
Styles: Jazz, Modal Jazz | RapidShare Download

What is immediately noticeable upon listening to this delicately and superbly LP of Miles Davis classic first -- and only -- album with his original sextet is how deep the blues presence is on it. Though it is true that the album's title cut is rightfully credited with introducing modalism into jazz, and defining Davis' music for years to come, it is the sole selection of its kind on the record. The rest is all blues in any flavor you wish you call your own.Allmusic *****

Initialy record in mono, I use the "electronically re-channeled for stereo" version, that I digitaly re-channeled for mono!

Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 897 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1960
Styles: Jazz | RapidShare Download

Duke Jordan, who played regularly with the Charlie Parker Quintet in 1947, has long been known as a superior bebop pianist whose style was touched by the genius of Bud Powell's innovations. This quintet album is one of Duke Jordan's better recordings and is quite enjoyable. Allmusic *****

Awesome sounding re-issue of this great classic.

'There's a lot of excellent music here, from the title track (yes, the Disney tune) which features some of the finest playing I've ever heard from Davis, sad and tender and gorgeous, to the blues "Pfrancing" to the return-to-modes "Teo"... hell, every track on the record works'. (DBW)

The Doors - The Doors [DCC LPZ - 2046] Mastered by Steve Hoffman
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 1.09 Go + 301 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1967
Styles: Rock | RapidShare Download

A tremendous debut album, and indeed one of the best first-time outings in rock history, introducing the band's fusion of rock, blues, classical, jazz, and poetry with a knockout punch. Allmusic

In bonus "Light My Fire" at the corrected speed (I use the pitch to correct it)

The 40th Anniversary Mix presents the first album in speed-corrected form for the first time. The speed discrepancy was brought to Bruce Botnick's attention by a Brigham Young University professor who stated that all the video and audio live performances of The Doors performing "Light My Fire", as well as the sheet music show the song being in a key almost a full half step higher than the LP release. Only the 45 RPM single of Light My Fire, issued in 1967, was produced at the correct speed. Wikipedia.

The Cannonball Adderley Sextet - Adderley’s Fiddler on the Roof
Capitol ST - 11008
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz + Redbook| FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 755 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1964
Styles: Jazz | RapidShare Download

An album of Broadway hits could easily become a lackluster commercial concession, but Adderley’s Fiddler on the Roof is far from boring. Recorded less than a month after the show opened on Broadway, the title tune fits surprisingly well into the group’s hard-bop style. Cannonball eloquently embellishes the theme and Zawinul weaves a clever countermelody behind the altoist’s lead. The brothers exhibit that exuberant and soulful Adderley bounce, Lloyd ventures into Coltrane-like territory, and Zawinul shows he had something to say on the acoustic piano years before he famously went electric. Brown and Hayes’s engine churns and their persistent prodding moves things along nicely. Jazz.com

The Rolling Stones - Black & Blue
Rolling Stones Records/Warner UK 1st Pressing - 1976
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 883 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery
Styles: Rock| RapidShare Download

Black and Blue, released in 1976. It was the band's first studio album released with Ronnie Wood as the replacement for Mick Taylor. Wood had played 12-string acoustic guitar on the track "It's Only Rock 'n Roll (But I Like It)" of the 1974 Rolling Stones album It's Only Rock 'n' Roll and appears on half of the Black and Blue album tracks (mostly backing vocals) with Wayne Perkins and Harvey Mandel playing guitar on the remaining titles.

The Doors - Waiting For the Sun
Original US Elektra EKS-74024
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 685 + 194 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1968
Styles: Rock | RapidShare Download

The Doors' 1967 albums had raised expectations so high that their third effort was greeted as a major disappointment. With a few exceptions, the material was much mellower, and while this yielded some fine melodic ballad rock in "Love Street," "Wintertime Love," "Summer's Almost Gone," and "Yes, the River Knows," there was no denying that the songwriting was not as impressive as it had been on the first two records. On the other hand, there were first-rate tunes such as the spooky "The Unknown Soldier," with antiwar lyrics as uncompromisingly forceful as anything the band did, and the compulsively riff-driven "Hello, I Love You," which nonetheless bore an uncomfortably close resemblance to the Kinks' "All Day and All of the Night." The flamenco guitar of "Spanish Caravan," the all-out weirdness of "Not to Touch the Earth" (which was a snippet of a legendary abandoned opus, "The Celebration of the Lizard"), and the menacing closer "Five to One" were also interesting. In fact, time's been fairly kind to the record, which is quite enjoyable and diverse, just not as powerful a full-length statement as the group's best albums. Allmusic.

Repost because the rip was not in phase (I invert cable of my tonearm when I change my TT.
Many thanks to Highender'ears who notice the problem.
This mean that some of the stereo rip I've made since one month are affected (List below).
I will fix this and repost all concerned.

John Coltrane - Olé Coltrane
Atlantic Records 1373

Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Stereo | 831 + 252 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1962
Styles: Jazz | RapidShare Download

The complicated rhythm patterns and diverse sonic textures on Olé are evidence that John Coltrane was once again charting his own course. His sheer ability as a maverick -- over and beyond his appreciable musical skills -- guides works such as this to new levels, ultimately advancing the entire art form. Historically, it's worth noting that recording had already commenced -- two days prior to this session -- on Africa/Brass, Coltrane's debut for the burgeoning Impulse! label. All Music

The Rolling Stones - Their Satanic Majesties Request
Original Decca Records
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , m3u, no cue or log (vinyl) artworks | Mono | 454 + 138 Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1967
Styles: Psychedelic Rock | RapidShare Download

Their Satanic Majesties Request has always been disliked by fans, who perceived it as the Rolling Stones trying to emulate the Beatles during the latter's psychedelic phase, and generally not sounding terribly good. The mono mix fixes all of that and then some -- indeed, all of a sudden, the album sounds great, and is great. The rhythm instruments are upfront and solid, and from the opening bars of "Sing This All Together" through the punchy break on "In Another Land" to the extended jam on "Sing This All Together (See What Happened)" (as it's printed here), this sounds like the Stones, pounding away hard and heavy, and scarcely like the Beatles at all. Allmusic.

Sundazed 180g Mono
Vinyl rip in 24-bit/96kHz | FLAC (Tracks) , artworks | Mono | 400 + 121Mo | 5% RAR Recovery | 1967
Styles: Psychedelic rock | RapidShare Download

The Jefferson Airplane opened 1967 with Surrealistic Pillow and closed it with After Bathing at Baxter's, and what a difference ten months made. Bookending the year that psychedelia emerged in full bloom as a freestanding musical form, After Bathing at Baxter's was among the purest of rock's psychedelic albums, offering few concessions to popular taste and none to the needs of AM radio, which made it nowhere remotely as successful as its predecessor, but it was also a lot more daring. David Gilmour said that Meddle was when it all started to come together. In a sense he was right. It started to bring them out of avante garde compositions. Meddle, is and essential piece in the Floyd cannon, surpassed only by Dark Side oF The Moon.

This Harvest Green Label British pressing goes FAR beyond anything you've ever heard for this album.
