We used to upload loads of files to various file uploading sites ( eg. rapidshare.com) for sharing among our friends. But all these services will have some time limits / download limits and .To overcome this we need to create a number of mirrors of the same file in different services. But manually uploading the same file in different uploading services via a web interface is a tedious job. To make this easier there exists a service, the FTP2SHARE!

The service that FTP2Share.com offers is simple. It is a way to share files with as many people as you'd like easily. You first upload the files you wish to share, then your file is given a URL which people can go to to download the file.

FTP2Share, subiendo archivos a varios servidores de forma simultánea

FTP2Share.com - Share Files Online

FTP2Share - Upload your files to File sharing sites Via FTP!

FTP2SHARE - Aloja tus archivos y descárgalos desde varios servidores

I think its awesome, you can even fxp with it BUT I noticed that some of the sites that the files are listed on are sites that are not in the control panel (like fileho) how do you add a custom site (like fileho)for your files to be uploaded to.

Also, I am having issues with the folders, I ftp'd a dvd-rip up there, I made a folder for it..all is good..but then I upped the same movie in xvid (different file names of course)and my ftp program says the up was successful but when I go up on the site, I do not see the files from the xvid, I did it twice, still cant see them, I emailed ftp2share but I didn't get a helpful response and I replied to their email but yet to have heard back from them and that was days ago. I mean, I would LOVE to use them but I can't be uploading stuff to them over and over and not be able to use the files I up :(

Any suggestions?

This seems like a dream come true - if it works well.

I'll give it a check out.

Thanks so much for the fine gift.

As a FREE downloader, I'm very fond of ftp2share. The ability to download several files for each IP change is very nice. However, I've noticed that some of the biggest proponents of ftp2share don't make good use of it. Recently FileFactory has upgraded their service to where its speed is now comparable to that of RapidShare or MegaUpload. But the ftp2share links provided by torai or Avax never have any working FileFactory links.

Just noticed in passing.

As everybody can see: it's still in "ALPHA"-state!

A lot of problems with uploading (HTTP & FTP) and you can't be sure, that you tomorrow have still the control over your files - sometimes they simply disappear from control-panel. The files are still there but can't be accessed by the uploader via control-panel. The mirrors for "uploading.com" are done almost never and "spbland" should be kicked off because of limitation to 50 MB - or automaticly left unused for greater files. It makes no sense, to try something which is in fact impossible :-))

Also the performance i.e. for remote-uploads is very poor (compared with RS-remote-uploads) and I fear, that when more people use this alpha-service, the speed will be absolutely unacceptable what not will say, that it's acceptable to have sometimes a delay for up to half an hour until a remote-upload from RapidShare is done.

My facit: waiting until the programmers - with the help of beta-testers from the blogs - have build a usable system

surprise - surprise

Yesterday, the uploads to "Uploading.com" for the first time worked well - and today, it's replaced by "EasyShare.com"

Ever heard one of Murphy's laws: "Never change a running system"

Or can it be, that "EasyShare.com" pays better than "Uploading.com" ?

Uploading.com was utter garbage, as still is DepositFiles. EasyShare is much better for free downloaders.

Despite the occasional hiccups, I'm quite happy with ftp2share.

Im happy 2 with ftp2share but today i found i can not login and upload in my account there.

[15:25:12] [R] Connected to ftp2share
[15:25:12] [R] 500 OOPS: failed to open xferlog log file:/var/log/xferlog
[15:25:12] [R] Connection failed

Can someone explain how to download files from ftp2share server?

That's an incredibly good question. Does this service still exists?
