La Caza (Spain, 1966), Directed by Carlos Saura
DVDRip | 82 min | B&W | Xvid @ 990 kb/sec | 576 x 390 | 48,000 hz 99 kb/sec Mp3 | In spanish. No dubbed track or subtitles available | 657 MB (5% for recovery purposes)

Saura's gritty parable about the spanish civil war won him the best director prize (Silver Bear) at 1966's Berlin Film Festival

José, Paco and Luis are three friends and war veterans who one day decide to go hunting in the company of Enrique, a 20-year-old on his first outing. They will practice their favorite sport on Paco’s land, where not too long ago an important Civil War battle took place. An edgy thriller as well as a heavily symbolic study of hatred and rivalry, the hunt becomes an allegory of war.

FNB.47, I really hope this one fulfills your search for this brilliant movie. My apologies for the delay (avaxhome's rules for posting are a little tricky). I have also upped a fair quality DVDRip of Saura's Deprisa, Deprisa (again, no subs available), but I dont feel like posting it as news here, since the quality isnt very good. I may post it here, as a comment to the La Caza post. Keep the good work. And dont hesitate pointing the ones you're looking for. I'll always be ready to give a hand.

seventh_art,

Thank you so much for Saura, I appreciate your efforts and good will! If you won't post Deprisa, Deprisa , could you give us the links, please? Thanks again!

If anyone interested, Saura's "Cria Cuervos" can be found here:

Well, since there seems to be some interet in avaxhome for Saura's work, here you have Deprisa, Deprisa (1981) Winner of 1981's Grand Prize (Silver Bear) at Berlin. This is a DVDRip at 580 MB. Neither the image nor the sound on this rip are specially good, but better than nothing nonetheless. Again, no subtitles are available (most of Saura's movies have only been released on DVD in the spanish market, and they dont bother with subtitles in these releases).

Great post!

Thanks to seventh_art and kharmok for your work.

Some one has "Ana y los lobos" (Ana and the wolfs)?

Great Saura's films here!

seventh_art

Thanks again, excellent contribution!

Now we have to wait for subs, or invite a Spanish speaking person for a dinner :-)

seventh_art and kharmok... thanks soo much for your contributions.
I wish there were subtitles but it isnt a big problem for me because I've seen them several times before (besides I am used to watch movies without subtitles in my old-cinematheque-days :)

Thank you, seventh_art. This my favorite Saura and I had been looking all over for it.

And, who knows? English subs might just turn up some day.
