Video Enhancer can convert your video to any resolution with superb quality. Super Resolution is a technique of increasing images or video resolution. For each processed frame it uses information not only from this frame but also from other frames. If picture in your video doesn't change too fast, then information from several frames can be added to create a picture of a bigger size. No algorithms of ordinary image resize/resample can provide this quality just because there's not enough information in one frame.
Video Enhancer allows you to:

Use more than a hundred of VirtualDub filters allowing you to do everything you want with your video: deinterlacing, denoising, deblocking, color correction, deshaking, sharpening, visual effects etc. On multiprocessor systems, dual core or hyperthreading CPUs works a lot faster than VirtualDub because all filters, decoders and coders work in separate threads simultaneously.
3. Open any video which can be played on your system and re-compress it with any video codec (DirectShow, DMO and Video for Windows) installed in your system.

What , I am once thought that the only viruses are viruses, and patch is patch, crack is crack, keygen is keygen and NOT a virus.

Iahiroby : Many patches, serialz, keygenz, and crakz use ways that commonly found
in a virus (hooking, changing bytes, in process patching etc).
And some antivirus (if not all) have some methods to detect this, commonly
called heuristic.
That's why AVG detect the patch as "Win32/Heur" (note the Heur). It says
only that it is probably a virus.
Try to disable the heuristic option (or whatever it is called there) or use NOD32.
