Singer´s Delay, a unique and wonderful-sounding delay effect driven by a step-sequenced voice formant filter which deepens and enhances your productions, tracks and instruments by adding beauty and athmosphere.

Singers Delay is our first development, a truly unique delay effect which adds athmospheric voice-like characteristics to the audiosignal processed. It achieves its moving, beautiful and different sound due to its integrated vocal formant filter technology driven by a user-changeable step sequencer. At it´s core a user-friendly , time-synced three-tap delay (meaning it features not one, but three independent delay lines), it gains special sonic characteristics due to this sophisticated filter system which emulates characteristics of human vocals (such as e, i, a, or o) and adds those distinct timbres to the audiosignals processed. By simply switching formant characteristics (by painting curves within its user-friendly display) and adjusting tempo, a multitude of rhythmic sound changes can occur in the delay signal, such allowing diverse sonic textures from simple reverbs with vocal characteristic to slow moving ethereal delays to electronic fast vocal animations reminding of frenzied singing. It works well on a wide variety of audio material, ranging from adding a singing sparkle on pianos over vocalized electronic mangling of drumloops to giving athmospheric debth to synthesizers - Singers´Delay does it all. Singers Delay is presently PC only. Though it will run on older CPU´s, a newer SSE - or SSE 2-compatible CPU is recommended.
Also, a soundcard with 24 bits and 44,1 khz is recommended. (Singer´s Delay works on higher sampling rates as well, but you might have to adjust input- and output levels on the presets).
