Can you tell how to set the in-game language? I have uncommented the language line in the skidrow file but the game starts always in german, no matter what language = "..." is. thanks

To change the language:

Open “Risen 2/Data/ini/ConfigDefault.xml”

Change these by :
Language
SubtitleLanguage = "English"
VoiceLanguage = "English"
(Eng-Ger-Spa-Fre-Rus-Pol-Cze-Ita)

tnx for the hint. doing just as you suggested did not work in my case because the steam automatic language selection. the walkaround is to insert the two lines (subtitle and voice) in the system/skidrow file (and i think also in the one you pointed). it works.
