Virgin Killer is the fourth studio album by the German heavy metal band Scorpions. It was the first album of the band to attract attention outside Europe. The title is described as being a reference to time as the killer of innocence. The original cover featured a nude prepubescent girl, which stirred controversy in the U.K., U.S. and elsewhere. As a result, the album was re-issued with a different cover in some countries.

Rock of the Westies is the tenth studio album by British singer-songwriter Elton John. Like Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy, Rock of the Westies also debuted on the US Billboard 200 chart at #1, the only two albums at that time to have done so. It was less successful in the artist's home territory of the UK, where it reached #5 on the UK Albums Chart. Robert Christgau listed it as #7 on his list of the best albums of 1975.

The critical listener will also note that current digital technology can reveal the limitations of the analog source material, and that radical restoration methods were not attempted, in order to preserve the full-frequency content of the original recordings.

Carved in Stone is the second solo album by Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil and was released in 1995. Following this release Vince returned to Mötley Crüe in 1996. It featured guitarist Brent Woods, who had previously played with Wildside and was later a touring guitarist for Warrant. Drummer Vik Foxx was also a touring member of Warrant, though not at the same time as Brent Woods. The album charted at #139 on The Billboard 200.

Obligatory Villagers is the third studio album by Nellie McKay. The album is brief compared to both of her past releases, which both had total times of around an hour. However, the total time of Villagers is roughly equivalent to that of the individual discs on both of her double-disc releases. Bob Dorough appears as a guest vocalist on several tracks.

Get Away From Me is the two-disc debut album from singer-songwriter Nellie McKay. It was released on February 10, 2004 by Columbia Records. McKay insisted on the two-disc set even though all content could fit on a single-disc.
